I have found that the key to a happy life is to keep it simple. Yes, we need food, drink, shelter, and sleep, (not to mention some other basic necessities), but a life that is not what makes a life great. A truly happy and fulfilling life is full of laughter, love, life (repetitive, yes), and laziness*. *Please note: I am not saying sit on the couch all day and laugh at Family Guy while you loved ones feed, bathe, and change you. I'm merely suggesting giving yourself a break every once in a while and just allowing yourself to be lay and be in the moment.
Of all the preposterous assumptions of humanity, nothing exceeds the criticisms made of the habits of the poor by the well-housed, well-warmed, well-fed.” -Herman Medville
